One day -- while sheepishly searching for my own name on the internet -- I stumbled upon a message board posting by someone looking for my grandmother. So I eventually bought mainville.org from another party (at a premium, of course -- ah, the commercial exploitation of the internet at its best.)

mainville.org is run on a couple different machines out of my house, using all open-source software, and over a DSL. So, "Your download speed may vary."
